These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bounce Kit(“Product”), including the website, CLI tool, component registry, and related services operated by Carson Idsinga (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using Bounce Kit, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Bounce Kit in accordance with the tier you purchased (Pro or Team). Each license is valid for the number of seats specified at checkout.

After purchase, you receive a license key via email. This key is required to install Pro components via the CLI. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact support@bouncekit.dev for a replacement.
Bounce Kit offers a selection of free components available without purchase. Free components are provided under the same license terms, except no license key is required.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because the Product delivers full source code immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available. We encourage you to review the free components and documentation before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the Product, contact support@bouncekit.dev and we will work with you to resolve it.
“Lifetime updates” means you receive every version released under the same major version line (1.x) at no additional charge. Future major versions (2.0+) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, announced at least 30 days in advance via email to existing customers.
We strive to keep the Bounce Kit website and CLI available at all times, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Support is provided via email at support@bouncekit.dev on a best-effort basis.
Bounce Kit, its design, code, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of Carson Idsinga. Your license grants usage rights as described above — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Your use of the Product is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Bounce Kitis provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the operator resides.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing customers. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of Bounce Kit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
