These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bounce Kit(“Product”), including the website, CLI tool, component registry, and related services operated by Carson Idsinga (“we”, “us”). By using Bounce Kit, you agree to these Terms.
Bounce Kit is provided free of charge. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use every component in the registry in personal and commercial projects.

We strive to keep the Bounce Kit website and CLI available at all times, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Support is provided via email at support@bouncekit.dev on a best-effort basis.
Bounce Kit, its design, code, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of Carson Idsinga. Your license grants usage rights as described above — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Your use of the Product is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Bounce Kitis provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Product.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the operator resides.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of Bounce Kit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
